Fourth Petar Miloš Days and short story awards ceremony

The Society of Croatian Writers of Herceg Bosna and the Cultural and Information Center Tomislavgrad are organizing the fourth Petar Miloš Days in Tomislavgrad.

For this year's award competition Petar Miloš for the short story, which was conducted by the Society of Croatian Writers of Herceg Bosna, arrived ninety-six stories.

The DHK HB judging committee for the Petar Miloš Award has shortlisted the following short stories (in alphabetical order by title):

• 22 steps, author Ana Cvitanović

• Guardian angel, author Miljenko Stojić

• I'll be good as if I'm not there., author Željko Funda

• Flannery's path, author Goran Hadžiomeragić

• Calendar trial, author Iva Bagarić

• Latica's fate, author Marina Alerić-Bebić

• In the end, love remains, author Vesna Haluga

• Samurai, author Snježana Novotny

• Myself to you, myself to yourself, author Ana Paula Jelic

• Wedding gift, author Tomislav Šovagović

• Victim's forgiveness, author Željko Goreta

On Friday, September 12, 2025, at 7 p.m., in the cinema of the Cultural and Information Center in Tomislavgrad, an award ceremony will be held for the authors of the three best stories submitted to this year's competition.
