The exhibition "Mostar in the Heart" opened in the packed hall of the Mostar Cultural Center
Tonight, a large collective exhibition of members was held in the packed hall of the Mostar Cultural Center.
Association of artists "Mostarska palette" and their friends called "Mostar in the heart", and the exhibition
was declared open by the prominent academic painter Prof. Dr. Salko Pezo.
"I'm glad that people like to visit these kinds of events. This is a really nice event, especially since we
aligned with the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the inscription of the Old Bridge on the UNESCO list of world cultural heritage
heritage. The fact that the tradition, which was started by the Association of Artists of ' Mostarska, is especially pleasing
"paleta', continues successfully for the third year in a row. This is truly a great success," Pezo pointed out.
The president of the Association of Artists "Mostarska paleta" Mustafa Hadžajlić expressed his satisfaction with the participation
the large number of artists at the exhibition as well as the audience response.
"I am pleased to see that we have gathered in such large numbers. Tonight's exhibition brought together 37
artists and a total of 72 works are on display. Among the artists exhibiting their works tonight are Elena
Arsenijević who graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Minsk - Belarus, then Alisa Teletović -
Academy of Fine Arts in Melbourne – Australia, Krešimir Urlić – Academy of Fine Arts in Venice – Italy,
then there are Salko Pezo, Goran Milinković, Anel Pala, Alma Oručević, Mirza Dugalić, Snježana Lovrić,
Sarah Tiro, Salko and Zlatko Batlak, Nikola and Zdenko Bošković, Edin Pandur, Edo Kurt and many others
artists. This is at the same time the most massive exhibition to date", emphasized Hadžajlić.
Tomorrow (Friday, 18.07.), the public will be able to enjoy two events during the "Summer of Mostar", namely: the promotion of the collection
poetry "Branches from which hands sprout" by Lejla Mušić, which will be performed at the Yunus Emre Institute
Mostar and the play "Ćiro" by the author team Antonio Gabelić-Tarik Filipović, which will be performed at
Hamam plateau in the Old Town. Both events start at 9 p.m.
