As part of the Mostar Summer 2025 event, and organized by the Mostar Cultural Center,

Professor Mahira Tanović, journalist Rijad Cerić and Minister of Justice Goran Karanović spoke.
Excerpts from the book and verses were read by Dijana Ondelj Maksumić, while the promotion was moderated by Adnan
Demic. The evening was enhanced by the music of the Mostar tambourine players.
The Balkans and some bad weather spilled over the entire globe. Račić, in that heathen time, that's why,
tirelessly searches for good people and Mostar as it was, or should be. Lučem does not look for good
people, because there are still some. He finds them and collects them into the cover of the new book “People with Soul: Hidden Stars”, although
many think that good people are just an endemic category. Looking for good people, already more than
decade, the author points out: "When we search for the good, perhaps we find ourselves, we wish to be ourselves
like them, or at least similar to them."
"I am pleased to participate in the Mostar Cultural Summer for the third time. This time with stories about good
people. By the way, I've been writing stories about good people for more than ten years, so this year I
wrote his 150th story about good people. I write about people from the background – not about politicians, not
about criminals but about people who really want to change the world for the better, including our Mostar." –
Milan Račić pointed out.
The author added: "There are too many good people, they just don't come to the fore because they are always in the background."
Whenever I finish a story about one person, other people come along of their own accord. I hope it will continue like this in the future.
continue."
One of the promoters, journalist Rijad Cerić, said about the book: "In times when the soul is not valued,
Milan writes about those who are bright from within. These are people who, as Hamza Humo would say, lived quietly and
died singing. In each text of this collection, Račić does not just record biographies, each story seems to
"it's about how to be human."
