The Tourist Board of the City of Mostar, in cooperation with the Herzegovina Association, with
is pleased to announce a special invitation to all caterers from the City of Mostar area.
In order to raise the quality of the catering offer and promote the wine culture,
We are giving away five (5) registration fees for the first level of the certified "Mostar Wine School".
The call is open to all owners and employees of catering establishments in the City area.
Mostar who regularly pay their tourist membership fee.
The Wine School in Mostar is the only official and certified wine school in Bosnia and
Herzegovina, whose diploma, recognized by the state, is entered in the work book.
Education is conducted according to the highest international standards under expert supervision.
under the guidance of sommelier Tarik Sadović.
Through five educational cycles, participants will gain knowledge about:
– The basics of wine culture: Proper serving, etiquette and recognition of basic
wine category.
– World wine regions: Introduction to varieties and wines from Italy, France,
Spain and the methods of producing sparkling wines.
– Food and wine pairing: How to perfectly match the flavors of a dish with the appropriate
wines.
– Indigenous varieties of Herzegovina: Special emphasis is placed on Herzegovinian varieties
varieties such as Žilavka, Blatina and Trnjak, their terroir and characteristics.

Time: Every second Saturday at 7 p.m.
