In a wonderful atmosphere, the international cultural manifestation was solemnly closed tonight on Musala square "Mostar Summer 2025", with an exceptional evening filled with folklore and modern dance.
This year, the "Mostar Summer" once again offered the audience more than 30 different cultural events - from concerts, book promotions and theater performances to exhibitions and numerous other events. The organizers of this year's event were: the Mostar Cultural Center, the Mostar National Theater, the Mostar National Library, the Herzegovina Museum Mostar, the Mostar Puppet Theater and the Pavarotti Music Center.
"It is a great honor and pleasure for me to be the coordinator of this year's Mostar Summer, but also a great responsibility to respond to this challenging task. However, when you have a team around you – six cultural institutions and an organizational and artistic committee – everything is easier. Of course, this scope of the program would not be possible without the support of representatives and institutions at the city and cantonal levels who have recognized the importance of culture and art in this city. This is not only a manifestation of culture and art, but also an event that puts our city at the center of economic and tourist interest. Therefore, a big thank you to our sponsors, to all who recognized Mostar summer", to our artists and cultural institutions who did their job in the most professional way possible," emphasized the coordinator of the event, Ms. Nataša Jekić.
During the evening, certificates of appreciation were awarded to patrons and sponsors. Mostar Summer 2025The event was sponsored by: the Croatian National Theatre Assembly, the City of Mostar, the Tourist Board of the City of Mostar, the Croatian National Theatre Tourist Board and BH Telecom, while the general sponsor was the Croatian National Theatre Government, on whose behalf the Croatian National Theatre Finance Minister, Mr. Adil Šuta, addressed the audience.
"Tonight we won't just close Mostar Summer 2025, but we will announce that we are immediately starting preparations for Mostar Summer 2026, so that we can have an even richer and more comprehensive program. I would like to thank everyone who participated, those who supported us, as well as the esteemed audience that followed the events. I hope that everyone found something for themselves and that you enjoyed the more than 30 contents offered. I am glad that tonight we have a combination of tradition, culture and modern dance, and our guests from Albania, whom we would like to especially thank for coming to our city and BiH. I promise the Government's support for the Croatian National Theatre in the coming period as well," said Šuta.

Tonight we presented ourselves with a traditional song accompanied by the playing of five traditional Albanian instruments and a dance number, it is about authentic dance and music of the Albanian region," said Altin Gega, choreographer of the Artistic Ensemble Artistik Kaltersia from Albania.
