Program – Mostar Coot 2025.
For the 22nd edition of the International Comedy Festival "Mostarska liska", out of a total of 36 applications received from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro and North Macedonia, seven theatrical performances in the comedy genre were selected.
The festival's grand opening will be held on Friday, May 16, with the premiere of the play "A Fairy Tale about the Theater" by Vladimir Đurđević, directed by Ferid Karajica, produced by the Mostar National Theater.
On Saturday, May 17, the play "Peasant Opera" by D. Benedik and B. Pinter, directed by Urban Andras, produced by the Sarajevo National Theater is scheduled.
On Sunday, May 18, the play "Armageddon" by author and director Sanja Milardović, produced by the EXIT Theater in Zagreb, will be performed.
On Monday, May 19, the play "Liars" by Antony Neilson, directed by Marko Manojlović, produced by the Podgorica City Theater is on the program.
On the fifth evening of the festival, on Tuesday, May 20, we will see the ensemble of the National Theatre of Republika Srpska with the play "The Broken Jug" by Heinrich von Kleist, directed by Tatjana Mandić Rigonat.
On Wednesday, May 21, the play "The Fool's Dinner" by François Veber, directed by Adis Bakrač, was produced by the Sarajevo Youth Theater.
On the last day of the competitive part of the festival, on Thursday, May 22, the play "Tere and Luce" by S. Evans and M. Torjanec, directed by Marko Torjanec, produced by the Planet Art Theatre from Zagreb, will be shown.
The festival's closing ceremony and awards ceremony will be held on Friday, May 23rd, with a performance by the Filmmusicorkestar Trio from Zagreb.
All performances start at 8 pm, and the ticket price is 10 KM.
TICKETS for all programs are available at the box office of the National Theatre Mostar from Monday, April 28th, every weekday from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
Ticket packages are also available for 50 KM, which include one ticket for all performances during the festival.
