His greatest powers are not supernatural abilities, but friendship, empathy, patience, sharing and the willingness to be there for each other. The play thus reminds us of the values that no technology can replace – conversation, closeness, a warm word and a hug.

The play's uniqueness is also reflected in its origins. The idea for Superhedgehog originated in Mostar kindergartens, through the pedagogical work and experience of educators Marijana Bubalo and Anita Šagolj. The Mostar Puppet Theatre recognized its potential and transferred it to the theatre stage in order to bring this story closer to a wider audience.

With a current theme and message intended for all generations, the show brings a visually designed world of the forest and invisible digital space, relying on traditional puppetry techniques and the aesthetics of classic animated films.

Marta Mršić is in charge of the puppets and set design, and the music is by Ljudevit Laušin. The play stars Marta Haubrich, Ivan Nevjestić, Tibor Oreč, and Teo Sandžaktar-Bijedić.

"Superhedgehog in the fight for the invisible" is another title with which the Mostar Puppet Theatre opens up important topics of contemporary growing up through puppetry.

     <div class="e-n-tabs" data-widget-number="111117563" aria-label="Tabs.
