D\u017eenan Lon\u010darevi\u0107's concert, which was scheduled for July 22 as part of the International Cultural Event "Mostar Summer 2026", has been canceled.<\/p>

The decision to cancel the concert was made after learning that the performer performed in the Republic of Serbia on July 11, on the anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica.<\/p>

The organizing committee of the "Mostar Summer" event assessed that such an act is incompatible with the values that the event consistently represents and promotes, and that it does not reflect due respect and reverence for the victims of the genocide in Srebrenica and their families.<\/p>

The Organizing Committee believes that cultural events have a responsibility to foster universal values and remain consistent in their commitment to affirming the values of responsibility, culture of remembrance, mutual respect and respect for human dignity through the program and activities of the event.<\/p>
