Another successful evening as part of the international cultural event "Mostar Summer 2025"<\/strong> was marked by a rich cultural program. The audience had the opportunity to enjoy two events \u2013 a theatrical performance and a presentation of a photomonography.<\/p>

In a great atmosphere, with great interest and audience response, the play was performed on the Main Stage of the National Theatre Mostar. A little treasure<\/em> by Elaine Murphy, directed by Leo Anastazija Fleger, produced by the Exit Theatre in Zagreb. Starring Mirela Brekalo, Jelena Miholjevi\u0107 and Anja Jogunica.<\/p>

"This was, I think, our fourth performance, which means that the play is still very fresh, so we were excitedly awaiting how the Mostar audience would receive us. We have already performed in several cities, where we had wonderful experiences, so we didn't feel nervous - it was more the positive excitement that accompanies every new meeting with the audience, which, I believe, is quite natural. I have performed in Mostar before with other plays and it was wonderful every time. We try not to have high expectations, because the audience is always unpredictable, but our hearts were filled with joy tonight and I think everything went very well," emphasized actress Jelena Miholjevi\u0107.<\/p>

In the second part of the evening, in the Memorial House of Svetozar \u0106orovi\u0107, organized by the Museum of Herzegovina Mostar, a photo monograph was presented Mostar during socialism<\/em>.<\/p>

"After 2019 and the monograph by Anton Zimol, which the Museum of Herzegovina Mostar prepared from its photo collection, this is the second photomonography, and it refers to the socialist period of Mostar, specifically the 60s and 70s. It involves more than 500 photographs from different segments of life. Digitization took a long time, which means that the material was saved from decay. Restoration took several years, and we wanted it to be seen by a wider audience, because the material can be preserved, selected and protected, but if it is not presented, it does not gain its full value. The second context would be that photomonographies are very grateful for interaction with the audience, and in this sense the Museum is open and accessible. The third context would be that with this photomonography we continue to mark 75 years of the Museum of Herzegovina Mostar, since the Museum as an institution was established precisely at the time when these photographs were taken," emphasized the director of the Museum of Herzegovina Mostar, Asim Krhan.<\/p>

In addition to the director of Krhan, senior curator Indira Ga\u0161tan Be\u0161o and senior curator Zlatko Zvoni\u0107 also spoke about the photomonography, while the moderator was Elma Mari\u0107, senior museum pedagogue.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
