Despite the "ban", the Mostar audience had a good laugh and had fun at the long-awaited performance by Zagreb's Gavran Theatre, Forbidden Laughter. Vesna Raven\u0161\u010dak Berger, Berislav Tomi\u010di\u0107 and Danijela Ev\u0111eni\u0107 found themselves in the roles of an unusual story full of numerous surprises.<\/p>


The Gavran Theater presented the audience with a very witty comedy, set in our modern times, which reveals the flaws and virtues of recognizable, sympathetic heroes whose fate is out of their hands...
The play \u201cwhich both your wife and your lover will enjoy\u201d, as its authors described it, premiered on 25 February in Zagreb, and thanks to the long-standing successful cooperation between Teatr Gavran and Mostarski prolje\u0107, it was performed at the 27th Days of Matica hrvatska Mostar and in the city on the Neretva River. The author of the play is Miro Gavran, the director is Mladena Gavran, the set design is by Ivan Ivan, and the costume designer is \u0110ur\u0111a Jane\u0161. Despite the disaster that befell them \u2013 a fire in the Zagreb neighborhood of Blato, in which almost all of their set design, equipment and costumes that they had been creating for more than two decades burned down, friends of Prolje\u0107 and Matica hrvatska Mostar from Teatr Gavran performed the play in front of an enthusiastic audience that filled the Great Hall of Kosa\u010de almost to the last seat.
The Gavran Theatre ensemble said that they were once again met with an excellent reception from the audience and that they hope that the excellent cooperation with Mostar Spring and the local Matica Hrvatska will continue in the future.<\/p>
