11th Guitar Festival "On the Way to the South" \u2013 invitation to groups<\/p>

Music Center (MC) Pavarotti Mostar organizes the 11th guitar festival "On the way to the south". This festival
brings together young, unestablished bands of all musical styles from the entire region. The main goal is
gather young people, and help them in affirmation and positioning on the music scene.
We are pleased to announce an invitation to young bands to participate in the regional musical
festival of a competitive nature, the 11th guitar festival "On the way to the south". On this one, now traditional
music festival, bands from the entire region can apply (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia,
Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia). The call is open to bands whose members are of the age
age up to 40 years. Applications are open from Tuesday, May 6th to Sunday, June 8th, 2025, after
from which a selective jury will choose five finalists.
Bands that have more than one released album cannot apply. The band must
has a guitarist in its composition. The competition favors groups and is not intended for individuals
guitarists and duets. It is not mandatory to present with original compositions.
MC Pavarotti provided valuable prizes to the best, and the winner will receive a seven-day prize
(7 days) recording in Studio "A" MC Pavarotti, with appropriate accommodation. Regular sponsor
Music Shop Brothers, "Na putu za jug" guitarists, also provided gift vouchers for the best
guitarist and bass guitarist, and best vocalist and best drummer. The organizer does not bear
travel expenses for the finalist bands. The groups that advance to the finals are guaranteed
accommodation for the night they perform.
Interested bands should send the following information:

\u2013 city\/town\/country where the group comes from
\u2013 a short biography of the group
\u2013 audio or video recording\/link (audio mp3 format, professional or demo)
\u2013 contact (email and phone) \u2013 must be sent

The deadline for applications is June 8, 2025.
After selecting the finalists, the selection jury will inform them about the technical details of their performance in the final.
The two final evenings of the 11th guitar festival "On the road to the south" will be held on September 11 and 12, 2025. The first
